The waste concrete reclaimer collects wash water and left-over concrete from your concrete production and separates it into two components: Washed-out aggregates and grey water. Both of those components can be reused in your concrete production, often without further treatment.

If further cleaning of the grey water is needed, you can add a filter press with an additional filtrate water reservoir. In case reclaimed water isn’t allowed in your concrete production, you can use it for certain cleaning purposes at the batching plant. You can also lead it through a PH-neutralizing plant and release it to the public waste water system at the lowest possible cost.
