Description
All three systems ensure fast, accurate, and automatic proportioning of steel fibres, eliminating the need for manual handling of fibres. The systems also ensure good distribution of fibres, which reduces the risk of lumps.
Large storage and small positive weighing principle vibratory feeders
This system is applied as a storage and proportioning unit. The big bags with steel fibres are discharged into the trough of the big feeder, and from here, the fibres are proportioned onto the following smoothening and weighing trough on the small feeder. Finally, the small feeder is discharged into the mixer.
Large storage vibrator with negative weighing principle
This is a storage and proportioning unit in one, using negative weighing principle. The big bags with steel fibres are discharged into the trough, and from here, the fibres are proportioned and weighed directly into the mixer.
Cylindrical storage and proportioning unit using negative weighing principle (type FRU180/1400M1NL)
This system has a circular feeder applied as a storage and proportioning unit in which big bags with steel fibres are discharged. From here, the fibres are proportioned directly into the mixer or truck mixer through negative weighing.
